What is Crucible?
The world is ending. The supernatural forces that lurk behind the veil of normalcy have slowly worn away at the fabric of reality and the edges of existence have begun to unravel. The few who are aware of this impending doom are making one final attempt to push back against the coming apocalypse.
Crucible is an urban fantasy LARP based on themes of political intrigue, the corrupting influence of power, knowing the unknowable, and sacrifice. We have taken inspiration from various books, movies, games, and shows in the genre to craft a weekend-long immersive experience where through collaboration and creativity players solve problems and uncover secrets in an attempt to avert the looming apocalypse.
Our event is scheduled for Thursday, March 26 – Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Unicoi State Park & Lodge in Helen, GA.

Application
If you have an interest in playing the game, please fill out the application below. Initial applications are due by June 1, 2025, after which late applications will be accepted up until the date of the event. If we receive more applications than there are character slots, any remainders will be placed on a waitlist and will be notified if a slot opens up.
If you need financial assistance for your ticket or are able to pay a bit more to help offset the cost of tickets for those who need it, there will be a field to indicate such on the application.
