Practical Information
Application
If you have an interest in playing the game, please fill out the application below. Initial applications are due by June 1, 2025, after which late applications will be accepted up until the date of the event. If we receive more applications than there are character slots, any remainders will be placed on a waitlist and will be notified if a slot opens up.
If you need financial assistance for your ticket or are able to pay a bit more to help offset the cost of tickets for those who need it, there will be a field to indicate such on the application.
Ticket Infomation
Event Date: March 26-29th 2026
Crucible Chronicle: The Armageddon Compact is an immersive, all-inclusive, 3-day live action roleplay event taking place at the Unicoi State Park Lodge in Helen, Ga.
The ticket price is $850 and includes the following:
- Three nights and two days of nordic-inspired gameplay
- 8 Fully catered meals (3 breakfasts, 3 dinners, 2 lunches)
- Private hotel room (Each room sleeps one or two players.)
- Fully written character with built-in history, connections, secrets, and goals.
- High-quality immersive props and set dressing
- Over a dozen detailed plotlines to engage with
- Custom crafted puzzles, mysteries to solve, and secrets to uncover
- Professional photography
- Mandatory Safety and roleplay workshops
- Dedicated NPCs to entertain!
- Scholarship options to increase accessibility
Although a $150 deposit will be required, a payment plan will be available to help spread out the cost of the ticket over an 8-month period.
Venue
Unicoi State Park Lodge
Just two miles northeast of Alpine Helen in the gorgeous North Georgia Mountains is the ultimate mountain retreat destination. Unicoi State Park & Lodge is centered around beautiful Lake Unicoi within the Chattahoochee National Forest.
The game will be taking place within two privately rented lodge buildings with numerous rooms, public spaces, and conference rooms. Each room accommodates 1-2 players with private bathrooms and other expected modern hotel amenities. ADA rooms are available for those who need them.
For those who want to arrive early or stay late, the park itself hosts numerous outdoor activities such as hiking trails, zip lines, archery courses, fishing, kayaking, and more.
Food
Fully catered group meals will be provided by the venue. During the casting process, we will gather information on player allergies and work with the venue to craft options suitable to all of our players’ needs. Once the full menu has been determined, details will be posted here.
Unicoi Lodge has earned a reputation as the place to go for classic Southern and American cuisine, which takes advantage of fresh, locally produced ingredients to make every meal an experience authentic to the North Georgia Mountains.
Getting to Site
Unicoi State Park is roughly a two-hour drive from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) or a two and a half hour drive from the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA). Traffic in the Atlanta Metro area is unpredictable, so make sure to leave plenty of time to navigate to the site.

Return Policy
A $150 deposit is required to reserve your ticket. This deposit is not refundable as long as the event runs. The remaining balance may be paid in 7 $100 installments due on the first of each month. Refunds are available, minus the deposit through September 1st, 2025. After this point, refunds will not be issued. If you wish to transfer your ticket at any point please let us know and we will try our best to pair you with someone from our waitlist to arrange a transfer. Tickets may not be transferred to individuals not on the waitlist, although people are welcome to apply after the initial application date to be added to the waitlist.
Covid 19 Policy
An up to date Covid-19 vaccine is required to participate in all Lands End Gaming Productions. While we will not be directly checking, we are all adults and trust our players to be up to date on their vaccinations.
